Mannie and Marie @ Celebratio is a self catering holiday home sleeping eight guests. The farmhouse has three en-suite bedrooms; one is furnished with a King-size bed, the second is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the third is furnished with four three-quarter beds. One bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin.Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The kitchen still boasts the original coal stove, although a gas stove has been installed for guests' convenience. There is an open plan living area, undercover stoep area with dining room table and lounges at the braai. DStv is available at an additional charge and must be booked prior to your arrival. The patio overlooks a pool and is perfect for watching the sunset over the pomegranate orchard. Please note the nearest shops are more than 20km away, so please buy your supplies before arriving at the farm.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
