While the apartment sits above street level, access from the parking area at the rear requires approximately twenty steps down to the entrance. The property enjoys an elevated outlook, ensuring excellent privacy and expansive ocean views.; ; The lounge and all three bedrooms feature glass and aluminium sliding doors that open onto a spacious, sea facing tiled patio. Part of the patio is covered, providing shelter while still allowing guests to enjoy the coastal setting. The open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge are modern in design and all benefit from uninterrupted sea views, creating a light and inviting living space.; ; Secure parking is provided by a lock up garage, with additional parking available within a fully walled and gated courtyard. For added peace of mind, the apartment is fitted with an alarm system linked to an armed response service.; ; The main bedroom is furnished with two single beds configured as a king size bed and includes an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other, sharing a bathroom equipped with a shower, basin and toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for comfort during warmer months.; ; The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a stove, fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The dining area is positioned just off the kitchen and comfortably seats six guests.; ; The lounge offers comfortable seating for six and includes a flat screen television, a DStv decoder with selected channels, a DVD player and a ceiling fan. Outdoor furnishings on the patio include a dining table, chairs and a Weber braai, making it an ideal space for relaxed coastal meals.; ; Bed linen is provided for all guests, while visitors are requested to bring their own towels. Shops and restaurants are conveniently located within easy walking distance, allowing guests to leave the car parked and enjoy the area at a leisurely pace.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

      What is 3D Secure?

      This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
