Laguna La Crete 219 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a tri bunk with a double at the bottom and single on top. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet and basin. Bath towels and a hair dryer are provided. There are ceiling fans in the master bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a gas stove, oven, fridge toaster and kettle. Ironing facilities are also included. The lounge area has comfortable furniture and a TV with satellite channels. This leads onto the balcony which has a table, chairs and garden views. Within the complex we have a swimming pool, kids pool and a tennis court. The friendly reception staff are available from Monday to Saturday to assist with the booking of the tennis court, provided you have your rackets. The complex also has braai facilities and 24hr security guards. Each unit has one designated parking bay and an additional non allocated bay.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
