Laguna Beach B8 has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The main living area offers an intimate, open-plan living space. This comprises of a stylish lounge with a smart TV with Wi-Fi providing access to DStv and YouTube. The kitchen is fully equipped with every essential appliance, as well as a dishwasher creating the ideal self-catering getaway. The lounge area is separated from the patio via glass doors, with enough seating space for 6 guests with an incredible view of the pond.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
