Bergsicht Lady Red is a self catering holiday cottage in Tulbagh with an open plan bedroom and living area. The sleeping area is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. We provide quality bedding, linen and bath towels and in the winter months an electric blanket on the bed. The living space has air-conditioning for hot summers and a fireplace for the winter. The unit does not have a TV but does have a mini Hi-Fi radio, CD system and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. Outside, under the covered veranda are built-in braai facilities and the cottage features an outdoor wood-fire-heated splash hot tub on the veranda. Wood is provided for first fires, guests are to bring their own extra wood. We regret no pets allowed.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online.
