The duplex comfortably accommodates four adults and two children across three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two child only beds. The first bathroom features a shower, washbasin and toilet, while the second bathroom is fitted with a bath and washbasin. Bed linen is supplied for guests’ convenience, however bath and swimming towels are not provided and should be brought along.; ; The kitchen is fully equipped for a relaxed and practical self catering stay, and includes a fridge freezer, stove, oven, microwave, as well as cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available, ensuring added ease during longer visits. The open plan dining and lounge area offers comfortable seating for shared meals and leisure time, and a smart television provides entertainment.       Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?
