Take a trip up a winding outside staircase to paradise. The Loft suite with its unique features, will steal your heart away! At the top of the stairs you will find a large private patio with views over the mountains and the bay. A teak table and chairs with umbrella set the scene for breakfast, or perhaps dinner under the stars. Pots of Hibiscus and Oleander Flowers compliment this idyllic outside setting. Now through the double doors to the living area with a pitched white wooden roof with skylights in each room, you will find a uniquely decorated lounge and dining room and kitchenette. A separate door leads you into the double bedroom which is so enticing it will steal your heart away. A double bed under a skylight (watch the stars play in the sky at night as you drift off into dreamland!). There is a bathroom which has a character of its own: a shower with a seat in it, behind glass doors. Guests in the Loft suite have use of a swimming pool in the main garden as well.

This suite is a retreat, more privacy is not possible. You will be able to relax on the private terrace or in your suite and enjoy total privacy. Furnished with Art Deco armchairs, antique candle holders on the wall, a small bistro table next to the kitchenette makes it a perfect home. In the back of the suite is the separate bedroom with a King size bed for the finest sleeping comfort. An en-suite bathroom, contemporary style with an open shower and all amenities you would expect in a five-star boutique guest house. The two large windows provide natural light, fresh air and a view of the terrace. Breakfast is served on your private terrace. You will find a table with chairs, and a sun bed, so you can enjoy the shade or have your breakfast in the warm morning sun. From here you have access to the pool, via the stairs passing below an ancient giant African Berry tree. The pool area features two sundecks or you can rest in the shade of an old oak. The pool measures 15×3 m. From here you can watch the emu in the back part of the 8,000 square meter garden or soak up the beautiful view of the mountains. You can park your car next to the entrance of your suite. Your private terrace serves as entrance. The front section of this spacious terrace is soaked by the sun, the rear part is covered by a gazebo, which will provide you with shade and protects your privacy. This area features two sun loungers, and a table with two chairs. From the terrace you have a beautiful view towards the mountains and the Protea plants, which grow right in front of your patio. You enter your suite through an old wing shaped door: On your right you will find a table with two chairs and a kitchenette as well as a very old table with a top made of yellowwood, the particular timber, which has only been used in the 19th century in the homes of the Dutch population living at the Cape during that period. In the middle of the room you will find two armchairs. On the wall, a flat screen TV with DVD player. The king size bed is luxuriously appointed for the finest sleeping comfort and has a charging station for your small appliances.; The entire suite is painted in bright colours and the walls are decorated with original watercolours by contemporary artists. Through a sliding door you enter into the bathroom lounge. A freestanding tub with views outside, overlooking the Gazebo. Additionally, a sofa bed made by Ligne Roset and a wardrobe with sliding glass doors. Wall lights with ostrich eggs as lampshade provide the bathroom lounge with a cozy mood light at night. You enter your bathroom through a wide passage: The old stone walls will inspire you. The large shower is enclosed by glass walls. Additionally there are two vanity tables, heated floors and the old mahogany window overlooking your gazebo, will provide you with comfort you would expect from a 5 star boutique guest house. The pool can be reached by walking just a few meters through the garden with old trees. Private parking lot right next to the entrance to the terrace.
