Kleinkrantz Beach Villa has four bedrooms. Upstairs is the main bedroom and two other bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and open-air en-suite with free standing bath and large walk-in shower. A sliding door opens onto sea-facing balcony with sea views. Bedroom two has a Queen-size bed and a sliding door onto the sea facing balcony. Bedroom three has twin beds and a sliding door onto the mountain facing braai patio. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower and corner bath. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. A sliding door opens onto the pool area. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering including a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen has direct access to the garage. The sunken dining area has an eight seater dining table and a sliding door opening onto the pool area. The living are has a fireplace, TV with satellite channels and a sliding door opens onto the beach side.

Outside, guests can enjoy the sea facing balcony, swimming pool, braai patio, fully enclosed garden and a double automated garage.
