The pretty little railway town of Touws River, between Barrydale and Ladismith in the little Karoo, lies some 185 kilometres east of Cape Town. From Cape Town International Airport:
1. Head northwest on Wale Street toward Burg Street for around 350 m
2. Turn right onto Buitengracht Street/M62 and travel for about 1.1 km
3. Continue straight onto Nelson Mandela Boulevard/N1/N2 (signs for M3/Paarl/Cape Town International Airport/Somerset/Muizenberg) for around 900 m
4. Keep left at the fork to continue on N1, following signs for Paarl/Bellville/R27/Milnerton along the toll road for 159 km
5. Look out for the K1 sign on the left-hand side of the N1 and turn left after 800 m
6. Continue straight — the hotel will be on the right-hand side
7. Follow the car park walkway to the reception on the left for check-in and refreshments
