Inn on the Sea 4 is a self-catering holiday home within a secure complex in Ramsgate, KwaZulu-Natal. It is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking close proximity to the beach and local attractions.

The apartment accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the first floor and are air-conditioned for comfort. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a spa bath, shower, double washbasins, and a toilet. The second bedroom also contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers a double bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A second bathroom, also on the first floor, includes a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a guest bathroom with a washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, although guests should bring their own swimming towels.

The ground-floor kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, air fryer, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a breakfast bar with stools.

The living area on the ground floor features a large dining table that can be converted into a pool table and offers ample comfortable seating. This space opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture, providing views of the lagoon and the beach. The second floor includes an additional living area with plush seating, a TV with a smart box, a bar, and a built-in braai. This room opens onto a balcony furnished with outdoor seating and a jacuzzi for guest enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Guests can enjoy a communal swimming pool and a thatch lapa within the complex, as well as secure parking in a double automated garage. The apartment is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
