Guests must arrive at the Welgevonden Main Gate by 13:00, as you will be transferred to the lodge via game viewer (approx. 40-minute drive). No private vehicles are allowed beyond the gate.
All guests are required to park at the Welgevonden Main Gate, from there, a game viewer will transfer you to the lodge.
For safety reasons, children under the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives unless a private vehicle is booked in advance at an additional cost.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
