1. Exit the airport and take the R21 north toward Pretoria.
2. Merge onto the N1 North toward Polokwane.
3. Stay on the N1 as you pass through Pretoria and continue toward the Kranskop Toll Plaza.
4. Shortly after the toll, take the R33 off-ramp toward Modimolle (formerly Nylstroom).
5. Drive through Modimolle and continue on the R33 toward Vaalwater.
6. As you approach Vaalwater, continue on the R517, also known as the Old Lephalale Road.
7. From Vaalwater, drive approximately 24 to 26 km until you see the Welgevonden Game Reserve's Main Gate on the left-hand side.
