Situated overlooking the Hout Bay Valley, Hout Bay Hilltop offers holiday accommodation for six guests in a three bedroom holiday home. The central location of the house, close to the beach and village, make it an ideal holiday base for visitors to Cape Town. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds and make use of a shared bathroom. The dining area has seating space for six people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, a gas fireplace and a TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. There is an open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Hout Bay Hilltop is located in an indigenous garden with a sheltered pool and braai facilities for guests' enjoyment. Secure off street parking is available for two cars.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
