Houghton Hues is a self catering holiday home with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is air-conditioned, leads out onto a balcony and is fitted with a King-size bed, seating area and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath, rain shower, toilet and a basin. There is also a TV in the bedroom. The second bedroom consists of a Queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The living area opens up onto the pool area and is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, fireplace and a coffee table. There is a second lounge next the kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, tea / coffee making facilities, dishwasher and a toaster. Outside there is a private swimming pool for guests to make use of on those hot summer days. There are BBQ / braai facilities as well as outdoor dining furniture. Facilities include Air conditioning, FREE Wi-Fi, TV with DStv, Dishwasher, Washing machine / tumble dryer, BBQ / braai facilities, Alarm system, Swimming pool.

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
