The property has a communal pool and an undercover braai facility next to the pool. Safe and secure property with undercover parking is available, which can also accommodate two boats. The property is walking distance from shops, restaurants, outdoor activities, the estuary, and beaches.

Awarded as a World Heritage site in 1999 (Unesco), this small but quaint village is a hub for the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, which is home to five recognisable ecosystems. The abundance of wildlife and natural beauty is incredible. To this very day, hippo's can still be witnessed wandering down the streets of St Lucia in search of grass. St Lucia is situated a mere 2,5 hours drive from Durban, the capital.
