The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Two bathrooms are available, one of which is en suite. One bathroom includes a shower while the other a bathtub. The main bedroom has access to the balcony as well. The quaint and roomy interior, decorated in light tones, features an open plan kitchen and lounge, which leads to a spacious balcony. The kitchen with contrasting granite-topped counters, is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, coffee plunger, washing machine and fridge, among other conveniences. The lounge, with a plush L-shaped couch, comprises a large flat-screen TV complemented by a DStv bouquet, DVD player and stereo system. The balcony includes two casual dining areas, perfect for entertaining visitors, as well as sun loungers, making it the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the view of the beach, ocean and the partial view of Table Mountain in the distance. Additional features of the apartment include use of Wi-Fi internet, barbecue facilities, secure parking in a bay and 24-hour security.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
