Honey Lodge is a guest house with self catering option, providing accommodation in Dinokeng for anyone visiting the Northern Gauteng region.
About Honey Lodge
Honey Lodge offers accommodation in Hammanskraal ideally situated for a weekend getaway or midweek escape from the bustle of city life without having to travel too far. We are situated in the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve and the area is malaria free, 97km from O.R. Tambo International Airport and 102 km from Lanseria International Airport.
Accommodation
Honey Lodge guest house in Hamanskraal offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in Dinokeng for individuals, couples, families, or larger groups.
We have 7 Rooms that make up our main house with en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate 19 people, these rooms all have private entrances that are not adjoining and are accessed from the Garden. We also have a 2 sleeper Rondawel and 2 sleeper Chalet.
Each room is equipped with a fridge, kettle, microwave, and a 1 or 2 plate cooker. Each room also has an air conditioner, safe, a TV with DStv and Wi-fi.

On Site Facilities
We have a large Lapa offering a 180-degree view of the bush, a pool, Boma for a braai, a lounge and a kitchen for shared use. The boma is ideal for evenings in front of the bonfire surrounded by the sounds of nature.
Experience
During the day guests can take a 6km self-game drive (self drive permits are applicable and can be purchased at the lodge) on the Honey Lodge property, or enjoy lazy afternoons in the heated swimming pool. From the pool, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the bushveld. The lodge, as well as the Dinokeng Game Reserve, is a bird lovers paradise, and guests at the lodge can enjoy the bird hide.
