All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing.
All amendments made to bookings paid in full are subject to availability and will incur a R1,000 penalty change fee per booking.
Bookings paid in full cannot be amended 7 days before arrival. Should changes be made within this time frame - this will be subject to availability and lodge manager's discretion.
A 10% postponement fee applies to changes made prior to the cancellation period taking effect.
Postponed bookings made under special rates will expire, and new booking period rates will apply.
