Hib-Escape Villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two single beds. The second bedroom has a King-size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. There is a bath in the first bathroom and the second and third bathrooms each have a shower only. There is an open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and there is also a laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lovely living area is furnished with couches, a TV with easyview DStv and a DVD player, as well as a six seater wooden dining table and chairs. The house also has a games room with a pool table. The villa has a spacious covered deck and a patio with braai facilities and sea views.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged.
