This contemporary apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed, and the rooms share bathrooms equipped with showers and toilets.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or dining table. The lounge offers a TV with selected DStv channels, and there is also a cozy seating area with views of the swimming pool and the ocean. Guests can relax by the communal swimming pool or take a short walk to the beach through the complex's direct access gate. Beach towels are provided, and the property boasts 24/7 security and two parking bays.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
