The holiday home can accommodate up to six guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, which can be converted to twin beds if preferred. The third bedroom has twin beds that can also be converted to a king-size bed. The second shared bathroom is equipped with a shower. The upstairs living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and lounge, all overlooking the river. The kitchen is designed for convenience and includes a breakfast island with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge-freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Tea and coffee-making facilities are also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a six-seater table next to an indoor braai area. The lounge offers comfortable seating in front of a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and load shedding lamps are installed for guests' convenience.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
