Self Catering Accommodation
Gert se Huys is tastefully furnished and comprises of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The master bedroom is on the top floor, with access to a patio with a partial sea view. This room is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the third room also has a double bed and access to the third bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped with laundry amenities. There is a spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen television with DStv Premium and a built-in braai. The living area leads to the porch, a portable braai is available if you like to enjoy the outdoors. High-speed WiFi/fibre is provided.
The house is within walking distance to the beach and has a spacious enclosed garden.
Off street parking is available on the premises.

Dwarkersbos is a beautiful peaceful village, where the locals are all friendly and you will make lovely friends while taking a stroll through the village. The locals will inform you of most of the well-kept secrets, so feel free to reach out. The village is close to, Port Owen, St Helena Bay, Vredenburg and Saldanha Bay.

ConditionsGuest Information & ID: By accepting the quote, you agree to complete our guest information form and provide a copy of your ID.
Occupancy & Conduct: Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. No parties, loud music, or excessive noise are allowed. Only guests included in the booking may use the house and its facilities. Day visitors and pets are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
No Smoking: The house is strictly smoke-free, including vaping. If smoke odours or evidence of smoking are detected inside, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Cleaning: Guests are requested to wash and store all dishes before departure to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Breakage Deposit: The deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs for broken or missing items, damaged or stained linen or towels, or if the property is left unclean. Refunds are processed within 14 days of check-out. The primary guest remains liable for any costs exceeding the deposit amount.
Remember to Bring: Guests should bring their own bath and beach towels, toiletries, extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and additional refuse bags.
