Galico House sleeps up to ten guests in five bedrooms. The main and the second bedroom each have a double bed with an en-suite bathroom that contains a bath and a shower. The third bedroom has a two single beds and also has its own separate bathroom with a bath and a shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and the fifth bedroom has two single beds and these bedrooms make use of a separate bathroom with a corner bath. Linen and bath towels are provided. The living area is spacious and has a large corner couch and a flat screen TV with hotel bouquet DStv. The dining room seats ten guests. The house is also equipped with an indoor built-in braai in a separate braai room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a garden area and outside on the patio there is a built in braai and a table with chairs with a view of the lagoon.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged.
