The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom, which includes both a bath and a shower. Fresh linen and bath towels are supplied for convenience.; ; The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge-freezer, making it well-suited for longer stays. The open-plan lounge and dining area provide comfortable seating for meals and relaxation, and guests can enjoy entertainment on the smart TV or make use of the complimentary Wi-Fi.; ; The living area opens onto a balcony furnished with outdoor seating and a portable braai, from which sweeping views of the ocean can be admired.       Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
