Farmhouse Erika is an original rambling farmhouse, which has been renovated numerous times over the generations. It boasts seven large bedrooms and four bathrooms. Rooms have a double / twin beds and large rooms have additional single beds. Two bathrooms have a shower, one has a bath only and the other has a shower and bath. There are two lounges (one with a smart TV), complimentary Wi-Fi, large entertainment areas, an indoor fireplace in main lounge and a large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with two fridges and a dishwasher. There is an undercover patio with a built-in braai and seating, plus a second larger open-air braai area under the oak trees, including a large campfire style firepit and an enormous potjie pot, grids, tongs and smaller potjies and all essential Braai equipment. This farmhouse has a lovely private lush garden with green lawns and shady oak trees, it has hosted numerous celebrations and intimate weddings, plus there is a small playground nearby for kids. For bigger gatherings, parties and festive events, please enquire for our noise policy.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.
