From the cottage, guests are treated to sweeping views of the surrounding farmlands, the imposing Langeberg Mountains, and, after dark, the magnificent star-filled skies of the Klein Karoo, unspoiled by light pollution.
In keeping with its off-the-grid character, the cottage operates without mains electricity.

Hot water is supplied by a gas geyser, and illumination is provided by LED lighting and paraffin lamps. Guests are kindly requested to note that electrical appliances such as hairdryers and mobile phone chargers are not compatible with the facilities provided.
