About Ellefsen 135
Ellefsen 135 provides Langebaan accommodation for four guests. The holiday apartment is well suited for a family holiday and is within walking distance of the restaurant, clubhouse, play area and the communal swimming pool within the Ellefsen Golf Estate. Guests have access to tennis courts, a driving range, golf lessons, bowls, a gym as well as running and cycling trails. The beach is approximately 2km from the Estate.
Self Catering Accommodation
Ellefsen 135 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and makes use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The living area is fully tiled and stylishly decorated. It is comprised of a kitchen which is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and has a TV with DStv. There is also a small table to enjoy meals at. Wi-Fi is provided.
The living area leads out, via sliding doors, to a balcony, which features a built-in braai. The unit has a dedicated garage and parking bay.
Activities and Attractions
The water-sports Mecca of Langebaan is just over 100km from Cape Town on the West Coast. The beaches surrounding the crystal clear waters of the lagoon are one of the main attractions of Langebaan.
The town has a golf course, tennis courts, a bowling green and a yacht club. Attractions include the West Coast National Park, West Coast Fossil Park, Die Strandloper Restaurant, windsurfing or kayaking on the lagoon.

No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.
All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
