Located in Parow, Eagles Rest Guesthouse offers comfortable and relaxed accommodation, uniquely positioned within close proximity of wonderful restaurants, stunning beaches and award-winning vineyards. A number of golf courses are nearby and shopping centres such as Canal Walk and the V&A Waterfront are a 20 minute drive away.

Accommodation

You will be welcomed with warm hospitality and shown to your well appointed, comfortable en-suite bedroom with twin / king sized beds and sliding doors opening onto your balcony with a view over the garden. Relax in our guest lounge with lovely view and a cosy fireplace.

All rooms are individually decorated and equipped with remote TV, electronic safes, ceiling fans, heaters and electric blankets for winter nights, tea / coffee making facilities, towels and guest amenities. There is either a King-size bed or 2 single beds per room.

Enjoy our beautiful African sunsets and panoramic view from your balcony or from the deck which cantilevers over the side of the hill. Wake up to the birdsong of our regulars who sing their praises to the leafy Bushveld garden where African Pigmy hedgehogs and Slender Mongoose also visit.

Breakfast and Dining

Scrumptious breakfasts are served in the breakfast room or on the deck (weather permitting). We only serve breakfast. There are many fine restaurants in the vicinity where you can treat yourself to an old-fashioned road house meal, just for fun.

Places of interest within a 15 km radius are the National Botanical Gardens, CSIR, Innovation Hub, SANBI, National Zoological Gardens, Church Square, Paul Kruger House Museum, Voortrekker Monument, Freedom Park, UNISA, Melrose House Museum, Menlyn Mall, Menlyn Maine, Time Square, Brooklyn Mall as well as many restaurants and theatres.

There is easy access to Pretoria Academic (Steve Biko) Hospital, and we are 2km from the Urology Hospital, Optimed and Phonak Ear Institute.
