Dr Mike Heroldt 28 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen has everything guests will need for self-catering. There is a furnished lounge featuring a TV with DStv and there is Wi-Fi. The garden apartment entrance is on the lefthand front side of the house. You can view it clearly on the pictures. There is also a backdoor leading through the kitchen to the parking area. The living area leads out onto the lawn where you can enjoy a relaxing morning with coffee. There is nothing like a South African braai and with the weber braai, you can enjoy your braai in the late afternoons or evenings.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
