There is a seating area, air conditioning and a table and chairs. the room opens with folding doors onto a balcony with a table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the garden and the marina. The TV has satellite channels. Both rooms have coffee / tea making facilities and a hairdryer. There is an additional bedroom with a double bed that shares the bathroom with the upstairs bedroom. This bedroom is accessed with floating stairs and is not suitable for people with leg problems. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and an electric oven etc. The lounge and dining areas are open plan with folding doors. The living area has a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi. These open onto a large patio with two braai areas. One undercover with stunning views of the harbour and the other is undercover. The patio leads down into a garden. There is a separate entrance and secure parking behind electric fence gates.
