Die Waenhuis

Die Waenhuis has two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. All bedding is provided but guests must bring their own towels and toilet paper. Towels are provided for foreign guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, crockery and cutlery. Refuse bags and dishwashing liquid are supplied. Cleaning materials are available on request. There is a comfortable lounge which has a TV with selected satellite channels. Guests are welcome to bring their own decoders and smartcards. A limited amount of electricity is provided and additional units are available at an additional cost. The cottage has a cosy inside braai as well as off street parking.;

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
In all instances we would prefer to move the existing booking to another date (provided it is more than 14 days before the arrival date) so as to allow us to find a replacement booking.
Failing the above the following will apply:
A reservation cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date will be refunded in full.
A reservation cancelled less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the arrival date will only receive a 30% refund of the initial deposit.
A reservation cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date will forfeit any monies paid.
Should we be able to replace the booking, we will endeavour to refund the guest in full (depending on percentage refunded, as per above)
