Cutty Sark Villa 36 has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are two bedrooms furnished with King-size beds, two with custom-made single bunk beds and a fifth bedroom or private office furnished with a double sofa bed. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Three of the bathrooms also have a bath. Indoors, the living room is beautifully configured with spacious dining and lounging areas, complemented by a state-of-the-art kitchen, fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. The open-plan living design allows for a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor entertainment, with two sparkling infinity pools surrounding the villa. This creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation while being spoiled by the surrounding nature and well-kept garden. Furthermore, this property is kid-friendly, ensuring that families can enjoy their stay with ease. Housekeeping is on weekdays. Full concierge services and tour assistance on request. This villa is fully off the grid with solar power and inverters.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?
