This charming cottage provides the perfect retreat for a family of six. It features three bedrooms, each with direct access to the patio, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. There are two bathrooms, one fitted with a bath in the main bedroom, and the other offering a shower. A spacious lounge with a stone fireplace forms the heart of the cottage, inviting guests to relax and unwind in comfort.

Guests can enjoy modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a safe, and daily cleaning service, while the non-smoking environment ensures a pleasant stay. Comfort is enhanced with features including a sitting area, a desk, a heater, fans, electric blankets, and non-feather pillows. The cottage is wheelchair accessible and offers both lake and garden views.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
