CoCotree Beach House in Clansthal sleeps 14 guests in four bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed as well as a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with four single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The third bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and two single beds, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. These rooms share two bathrooms each fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, ice machine, and dishwasher. The living area features a dining table, a comfy lounge suite, and a TV. The house opens onto a beautiful garden boasting a swimming pool, a built-in braai area, and a beach bar island with swing chairs, ideal for enjoying sundowners at sunset. The house is a bit elevated so you get a lovely view over the ocean. It sits on a big green lawn which almost gives it a farm like feel (big and open) with lovely sea breezes.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
