Cicada 21 is a ground-floor apartment located within a secure complex in Ramsgate Central. This spacious self-catering unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests, combining modern design with relaxed coastal living in the charming seaside village of Ramsgate on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.

The apartment features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, creating a welcoming space for guests to cook, dine, and unwind. The main bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom also contains a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A shared bathroom, equipped with a bath, basin, and toilet, serves the remaining bedrooms.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for self-catering, and the lounge area leads out to a private balcony, providing an inviting spot to enjoy the coastal air.

Guests benefit from a designated parking bay, with additional visitor parking available within the complex. For social gatherings and outdoor cooking, the communal braai area offers a convenient and welcoming space.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
