Cayman Beach 20 has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There are three bathrooms in the house.The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, double door fridge / freezer, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The large comfortable lounge has a TV with satellite channels, DVD player and stereo system. There is a spacious enclosed balcony with a flat screen TV, fireplace / braai facility where meals can be enjoyed with the sea in the background. There is also a patio above the enclosed balcony with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and surroundings. There is an enclosed back garden with braai and outdoor furniture.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
