The bed was too hard, not comfortable at all, no TV, small space for parking, the swimming pool was dirty. Customer service and bad attitude needs improvement. Host accused us of flooding her house, insulting and shouting us in the process like a lunatic woman. Surely plumbing needs to be revisited. She chased us, but that was not a problem because we were not planning to spend another night anyway in her terrible place.
