The balcony rooms are bright and comfortable with breathtaking views of False Bay and the naval harbour. King size (or twin beds) opening onto an individual private balcony where guests can sit, relax and enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views. Guests have their own independent entrance, tea and coffee facilities, TV, mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer and should there be anything else required to make your stay more comfortable, you need only ask.

Our largest room in Cannon House has it’s own private entrance, walk-in closet and wonderful views from the patio where you can sip on a glass of wine, read a book or just sit back and relax. There is ample space in this large room for an extra single bed for a child or another adult.     Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
