The Glass Suite at The Butterfly Villa in Pringle Bay is a peaceful, light-filled open-plan studio ideal for couples, accommodating two adults and two small children on a queen-size bed and two pop-out mattresses, with pure cotton bedding and extra pillows and blankets.
The suite features glass walls, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, and a compact kitchenette equipped with two gas burners, a fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, cutlery and crockery. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with premium channels, air conditioning and heating, as well as a private patio overlooking the garden with spectacular 270-degree views of the ocean, village and mountains.
The patio includes a private Jacuzzi and privacy blinds, creating a secluded space for relaxation. The suite has a private side entrance and secure parking behind an electric fence, while the property operates approximately 90% off-grid using solar power. Smoke and security alarm systems provide additional peace of mind, and the villa’s top floor is reserved for private use.

The Family Suite at The Butterfly Villa in Pringle Bay offers spacious, comfortable self-catering accommodation for families and groups, with beautiful ocean and mountain views and art-filled interiors. The suite accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms, comprising two queen-size beds and a bunk bed with two single beds, with additional sleeping space for two guests on a double sleeper couch in the lounge.
The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and basin, while a separate guest toilet provides added convenience. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, cutlery and crockery, as well as a dining area, comfortable lounge seating, a smart TV with premium channels, board games and an indoor fireplace. Outside, guests can enjoy a large patio lounge with wind-protection blinds, a private 10-seater Jacuzzi, a fire pit and a gas braai.
Additional facilities include free Wi-Fi, secure off-street parking for up to six vehicles behind a gated entrance, an electric fence and smoke and security alarm systems. The property operates approximately 90% off-grid using solar power. The suite shares the property with one other guest suite, while the top floor of the villa is reserved for private use.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
More than 2 weeks before check-in 100% deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in 0% deposit refunded
No-Show
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a “no-show”. In this event, all payments will be forfeited, and the entire booking will be cancelled without a refund.
Early Departure
No refunds will be provided for early departures, regard-less of the reason. Guests are responsible for the full amount of the original booking.
Conditions
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please confirm the number, size and breed of pets before arrival. A once-off pet fee per stay applies and is payable before arrival directly to The Butterfly Villa. Pets must be house-trained, supervised at all times, and are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage, extra cleaning, or linen replacement caused by pets.
The maximum occupancy is 12 guests, and additional guests are not permitted without prior arrangement.
Guests are kindly requested to shower before using the jacuzzis.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, and no outdoor music or external sound systems are permitted after 22:00.
Guests are responsible for removing their rubbish and disposing of it in the designated areas. Only toilet paper may be flushed, and all other items should be placed in bins.
A check-out inspection will take place after departure. A refundable breakage deposit is required before arrival.
Guests are requested to leave the property as found and to report any damages during their stay.
