This Bona View apartment expands over two floors with the bedrooms and bathrooms located on the first floor and the entertainment and living area situated on the second floor. The main bedroom comprises of a Queen-size bed and boasts a sliding door that opens onto one of three balconies. The main bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower. The second bedroom comprises of a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom of 2 x ¾ beds. The second and third bedroom shares the guest bathroom that is fitted with a bath and shower. The second floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen features everything you will need for a self-catering holiday and boasts a Nespresso machine, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The door in the kitchen leads to a balcony at the back of the apartment that offers outside seating and the perfect place to create long lasting memories. The dining table can seat up to eight people for a delicious home cooked meal. The lounge is comfortably furnished and features a flat screen TV with DStv and Netflix and an inside fireplace that creates the perfect ambience for a relaxing holiday. The lounge opens onto a balcony that features a gas BBQ and partial views of the world famous Table Mountain.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
