Bona Ngwenya Lodge is a self catering holiday home with air conditioned. The house has two bedrooms and a loft room. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. A coffee machine and kettle are also provided as well as all the crockery, cutlery and utensils required. The lounge area has comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV with DStv. There is also a PS2 game console, video machine, radio and a Blu-ray player. Bicycles are also available for guests to use. Outside is a braai area with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool. The thatched game viewing tower provides views over the Crocodile river.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
