How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival: Forfeit 25%.
Cancellations 28 days to 14 days prior to arrival: Forfeit 50%.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total invoice amount due.
