The Exclusive Use Holiday Home consists of four rooms furnished with a Queen-size bed and each with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a cleaning service available. Bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The dining room features an 8-seater dining table, and the lounge offers a comfortable seating area, a TV, and an additional dining table that seats 8 people. The house boasts an outdoor entertainment area with built-in braai/BBQ facilities and ample seating. In the garden, guests will find a swimming pool with sun loungers where guests can unwind.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
