Tula Guest Farm House offers two rooms furnished with a Queen-size and a single bed, three rooms all furnished with double beds, and an attic room that is furnished with a Queen-size bed and four single beds. Each of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower only or a bath and a shower.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, a 10-seater dining table and an indoor fireplace. Guests can relax in the lounge which offers comfortable seating, a cosy fireplace, and a TV and leads to a sun room, which offers comfortable seating and a second 10-seater dining table that opens to the patio.

Outdoor braai facilities are also available.

The house shares a swimming pool with the adjacent cottage.
