The Clifton Mansion Villa is ultra modern and palatial. The property is located in the popular area of Clifton on the Atlantic Seaboard in Cape Town. The interior is a picture of laid-back luxury, where classic architecture meets seamlessly with contemporary glamour. The Beach House Villa has six bedrooms with King-size beds. Three of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. There is an additional full bathroom and a guest toilet. The pool room also has a shower. The air conditioned villa has a lavish open plan kitchen / dining / bar / living area, complete with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, Marshall speaker, flat screen TV and sound bar, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Huge floor to ceiling mirrors frame most of the interior spaces creating an extra feel of space bringing the sea and mountain views indoors. Step out onto the swooping terraces with its own infinity pool whilst enjoying uninterrupted views of the ocean. Free high speed internet, secure and uncapped Wi-Fi as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels is provided. There is sufficient secure parking available, which includes a triple garage as well as additional parking for three vehicles. Housekeeping is free and subject to availability Mon - Fri (08h00 - 16h00). Weekends and Public Holidays at an additional cost.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
