The Clifton Boutique Apartment B is air conditioned and has two bedrooms, each with a King-size, extra length bed. There is an additional single bed to accommodate a fifth guest. The first bathroom has a bath and shower and the second bathroom has a shower only. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan living area, complete with Marshall speaker and TV with DStv / satellite channels, has huge mirrors which frame the leisure area. There is a twin arched beautiful fireplace. Free high-speed internet, secure and uncapped Wi-Fi is included. Step out onto the swooping outdoor space with access to the fire pit and outdoor lounge and dining area. The exterior complements the immaculately furnished and fully equipped modern interior, offering glimpses of the ocean blending into The Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. Housekeeping is free on request and subject to availability Mon - Fri (08h00 - 16h00) Week-ends and Public Holidays at additional fee. Parking is available upon request and reservation is therefore needed.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
