Barnacles Unit

The Barnacles Unit sleeps three guests. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper couch for a child or third person. The bathroom is has a lovely large shower, basin and toilet. The bathroom is ensuite. The lounge area has a kitchenette is equipped with a large fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary cutlery and crockery. There is a TV with full DStv and a patio with braai facilities.

Jolly 2

Sleeping two guests, the Jolly 2 is very cute and cosy. As with the Barnacles Unit, Jolly 2 has a double bed and a large, en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. here is a TV with full DStv.

pansy shell

The Pansy Shell unit consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with sea view and the second room has a double bunk consisting of a three-quarter bottom bunk and a single top bunk. The three-quarter bottom bunk is adequate for a couple to sleep together if so desired. The living area consists of a lounge area as well as a dining room area. There is a kitchenette with all mod cons as well as an indoor braai. Full DStv and a spacious patio(with weber if you would prefer to braai outside on the lovely days) with lovely sea views.     Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
