Opening up to a stoop and our lovely swimming pool and garden area this room will suite anyone best. The bedroom has a double bed, is stylishly furnished and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The room is fully equipped with a kettle, cups and coffee and tea. All our lovely rooms are equipped with a fridge/minibar which is stocked for your convenience. A first or second floor cosy en-suite double room/twin room cleverly converted to give ample space in the bathroom area which comprises of a shower, wash basin and w/c. It is to the left side of our newest house with views over towards the Stellenbosch Mountains/ Table Mountain. It offers all the luxuries as most of our rooms including an air conditioner, a flat screen LCD TV and FREE Wi-Fi. Like most rooms this room has access to private entrances and lounges or balcony’s for relaxation, work or study

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy:
Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75%.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50%.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, we will refund the applicable amount.
Please note that a 5% administration fee will be levied on any refunds processed.
