Atlantic Eyrie is a self catering holiday apartment in Green Point. With beautiful decor and tree top views, you'll love every moment of your stay. The open plan space is furnished with a double bed with high quality linen and has a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is an open wardrobe rail and open shelving unit as well as a cosy couch with tree top views. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a mini fridge and tea / coffee making facilities as well as crockery and cutlery. There is a small table for munching and working. Outside there is a hanging pod chair where you can relax after a busy day. There is an outside seating area overlooking an eco-pool and lush garden to enjoy a meal under dappled tree light or share some drinks with friendly company.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?
