Arniston Cottage has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second room has a double bed and the third bedroom has a double and single bed. The main bathroom has a bath only. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a lounge with a TV and selected satellite channels. Bring your own decoder and smart card for your full satellite channels. Guests must bring their own towels, toiletries, wood and firelighters. Cleaning materials available on request. The Cottage has a cosy braai area with a sea view. Off street parking is available.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
In all instances we would prefer to move the existing booking to another date (provided it is more than 14 days before the arrival date) so as to allow us to find a replacement booking.
A reservation cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date will be refunded in full.
A reservation cancelled less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the arrival date will only receive a 30% refund of the initial deposit.
A reservation cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date will forfeit any monies paid.
Should we be able to replace the booking, we will endeavor to refund the guest in full (depending on percentage refunded, as per above)
